Bencast Television Studio Productions was founded in 1987 in Sassari but its beginnings go back to the sixties when Benito Castangia first started producing documentaries and news reports on 16mm film.
His experience in those years led to the creation of Tele Obiettivo Sardegna in 1977, the first private television station in Sardinia, training numerous professionals still working today in the field of regional and national news.
Today Bencast, thanks to the pioneering experience of its founder, continues to expand its activities in the professional sector, taking pride in the high quality of service its many customers from the world of television and private and public companies have come to appreciate.
For these customers Bencast takes care of all phases of production competently and meticulously, from the making of documentaries and commercials to that of video clips and video news releases; in the planning and editing phases as well as production and post-production co-ordination; from location hunting and casting to filming, editing, voice-over and subtitling in all languages, offering a copying service for any audiovisual format and a multilingual television news agency.
The company’s premises occupy an area of 400m2 including a studio of 150m2 with a height of 7m, 3 editing rooms, one using the Betacam analogical system and two using digital Avid.
